The fair will begin at 8 PM with an opening address by Professor Ranko Bugarski.
This year’s fair coincides with the 40th birthday of The 20th Century Library. Literary and film critic Milan Vlajčić will introduce the Library’s latest publication – the ‘surprise book’, the 200th volume in the series. The anniversary will also be marked by the launching of its online archive, which will be performed by the historian Slobodan Mandić.
This year too the 20 to 25 % discount on books will be in effect, and the authors present on the occasion will sign their books. The traditional lottery will be held as well, the lucky numbers to be drawn by the journalists Tanja Tagirov and Miloš Vasić.
